The user-friendly NS-5100 Series requires minimal attention, allowing employees to focus on other priorities.
- The lifespan of the NS-5100 is up to 2,000,000 imprints or 5 years. It is capable of 2,000 imprints daily. This many imprints will require regular maintenance, however, especially cleaning dust from the clock.
- The ribbon will last for about 6000 impressions and it has a shelf life of about 2-3 years if unopened.
- With full power reserve option on NS-5100/2288, this option will allow up to 200 imprints in a 72 hour period if the power goes out.Customized Message Capability:

* 30 characters available total using half size font
* 24 characters available total using full size font
* 11 characters available total using double size font
- 1st line may print with Date and Time as long as the total number of characters allowed is not exceeded;
